A perfect side dish for a Summer BBQ or dinner party
Ingredients (Serves 4)
1 tsp crushed chillies
1 tsp salt
1tbs coconut chips
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (fan).
Steam the kale.
Meanwhile put the coconut chips and chilli in a baking tray and bake in the oven for about 7 minutes.
Once the kale is tender put it into a serving dish and sprinkle over the baked coconut chips and sea salt then spritz with lemon. Easy as that!
